pool service department horrible!!!
I recently had work done for my father in ashland. I had called the strongsville litehouse to get a liner installed on my inground pool and some other work. Don't get me wrong the pool liner turned out great and the guys that put it in were very professional, but than i called back because my father was seriously hurt and my pump, filter were leaking in my basement. It took the service guys like 4 trips just to fix a couple valves, and they are still leaking. The guy that came out to fix it finally probably couldn't even spell his name. The point is my filter system is still leaking and i'm worried my basement will flood what should i do?
