Bold, but true
I was going through a tuff time with my child support. I did not know what I was going to do.
I had arrears due, current support due in two states. I was receiving letters about the support, threatening letters about taking my drivers license, garnishing my wages even more than they were being garnished.
Child support and I were at odds about how much I owed, and they were not backing down. I even went so far as to going to the state for help.
I was at the point were I was ready to just leave and never be found again.
I was tired of the threats, tired of going to court, just tired of the whole situation.
I was scared to hire another attorney that I though would rake me through the
coals as well.
But a friend told me about an attorney that helped him.
He gave me her name and number, it took me two weeks to even call to talk with her. But when I did she had me come in and I felt so at ease after explaining to her my dilemma.
Melissa worked on my case and kept in touch with me. She went over and over my case because I was dealing with two states.
I still felt like leaving , but that soon ended after the first time in court with Melissa representing me. I knew then I could count on this attorney to help me with this long standing haunting problem. I have to admit it took some time, it was not an overnight fix , but when all was said and done I felt so good about the outcome.
By having an attorney you can call and talk to about child support problems
It makes it easier to deal with child support.
Child support should work with fathers and mothers who pay?s child support instead of making them worried about going to jail, loosing there drivers license or just sending out threatening computer generated letters.
Do the right thing and hire a experienced attorney, don?t be afraid to take this problem head on. It can be very scary when someone can hold your way of life and living in there hands and control it. That is what court is for . But you must have proper representation. Melissa pulled me out of the big problem I had and we all got together, went to court and straightened it all out. Now I am free and clear ,my child support is paid off now, and I can go on with my life.
There is some good people that works for child support. So also give them respect to.
